We aim to keep all guests happy and make their stay feel intimate, luxurious, and uniquely memorable. These rules are crucial to ensure everyone on the property is getting the most out of their experience at Green House Getaways. If any of these rules are not followed, unfortunately, your booking will be cancelled and guests will be asked to leave.

Please note we have a 4 person limit per booking. There are never to be more than 4 persons in your party at any time. Remember, this is a private getaway experience, so please respect your neighbors’ stay, their private property, and keep the noise levels to an appropriate volume. Quiet time is from 10:00pm-7:00am. No music is to be played outdoors between these hours.

Guests are limited to 2 vehicles per booking. All guests must park their vehicles in the parking lot, and must be capable of making the ~150 foot walk from the parking lot to their tiny home.

As we are a remotely-run rental property, we do not sell firewood or ice on site, so be sure to pick up the essentials before your arrival. General stores in North Woodstock and Lincoln will have you covered.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking inside or within 10 feet outside of the rental unit . Smoking must be conducted next to the fire pit.
